Bulk update board roles for users and teams
Two new mutations let you set the role of many users or teams on a board in a single call: update_users_board_role and update_teams_board_role. Both require the boards:write scope.
update_users_board_roletakes aboard_id, arole_nameand up to 200user_ids.update_teams_board_roletakes aboard_id, arole_nameand up to 50team_ids.
The users and teams must already be subscribed to the board. These mutations change a role, they don't grant board access. To subscribe them first, use add_users_to_board or add_teams_to_board.
role_name is a BoardBasicRoleName value: editor (can edit the board structure and content), contributor (can edit content only) or viewer (read-only access). update_users_board_role also accepts member (the default board role) for agent users only, and update_teams_board_role doesn't accept it. assigned_contributor is not supported yet.
Each mutation returns the outcome per ID. UpdateUsersBoardRoleResponse and UpdateTeamsBoardRoleResponse list the IDs that were updated (successful_user_ids or successful_team_ids) and a list of failures (failed_users or failed_teams), each with the ID and an error message. Check the failure list after every call.
