New discounts for existing subscriptions

You can now grant discounts for customers with existing subscriptions.
Previously, discounts could only be granted before an account subscribed. With this update, developers can offer discounts to existing subscribers without requiring them to cancel their plan and uninstall the app.
Discounts can be applied to the account’s current plan or to a new plan.
