Feedback and getting help

Need help with the monday.com developer tools? Read this article.

We want to make your developer experience with monday as seamless and easy as possible, so we've created a variety of channels for you to get in touch with our team to provide feedback or get help!

Join our developer community!

First and foremost, we recommend joining our developer community! You can find many useful resources and threads to help answer your questions, view and submit feature requests, provide feedback to our team, or open new questions that haven't been asked before.

If you have an app in the marketplace, you can even join the private marketplace builders' group to interact with other marketplace developers. You can email to [email protected] and request to join!

The community is our primary channel for developer support. We post upcoming changes and updates to the platform, API, and apps framework in the community under the Announcements topic. Make sure to check it out to stay updated with upcoming changes!

Members of the monday.com team actively manage the community, but not every topic is guaranteed to get a response from our team personally. You can always open a new thread, but we recommend using the search bar at the top of the page to find relevant questions and threads first.

Open a ticket

On top of the community, you can also email [email protected] to open a ticket with our team. We're here to help with the following:

  • Bug reports
  • Any issue that deals with sensitive information not suitable for the public community

For efficiency, we ask that you first check the community to see if your questions have been answered.

Complete the feedback form

Do you have something you'd like to share with us? Complete the feedback form!

We love getting feedback, so we created this form where you can submit it directly. You can include your name and contact information, or you can choose to submit it anonymously.

Email our CEOs

If you're frustrated by your experience, email our CEOs directly at [email protected].
