Your app must meet the following legal requirements to receive approval for the app marketplace:

1. Create a unique app name. The name cannot include monday or monday.com, except names that say X for monday.
2. Provide a link to your Terms of Service. This will appear on the app card in the marketplace so customers can easily access it. Please note that your agreement needs to state if you want to contact customers in the future.
3. Make your privacy policy available to the public and provide the link. You must list the privacy policy under the Entity Name you’ve provided.
4. List a full contact name.
5. List your company name.
