Your app must meet the following legal requirements to receive approval for the app marketplace:

1. Create a unique app name up to 30 characters long. Important: monday.com legal cannot endorse the usage of monday or monday.com in the app name.
2. Provide a full contact name.
3. List your company/entity name.
4. Share a link to your Terms of Service. This will appear on the app card in the marketplace so customers can easily access it. Your agreement must clearly state whether you plan on contacting users in the future.
5. Make your privacy policy available to the public and provide the link. You must list the privacy policy under the same entity name you provided.
