Challenging a review
We value transparency and open feedback in our marketplace. However, we understand that there may be instances where a review is unfair, inaccurate, misleading, or outdated.
If this happens, you have the option to challenge the review for potential removal. This process helps maintain a fair review system while simultaneously ensuring that developers can protect the accuracy and integrity of their app feedback.
Eligibility
You may challenge a review if the following conditions are met:
- The review is from a paying monday.com user
- And one of the following applies:
- It contains false, misleading, or inappropriate content
- It is clearly spam or submitted in bad faith
- It mentions an issue that has since been resolved and no longer reflects the current version of your app
How it works
When a review meets the eligibility criteria, you can submit a challenge. Our team will carefully review your request based on our review guidelines.
How to challenge a review
To challenge a review, open a ticket through our support form with the following information:
- App ID
- Screenshot of the review
- Account ID of the reviewer
- A detailed explanation of why the review should be removed
- Evidence that supports your case, such as:
- A video or screen recording showing the issue has been resolved in the latest version of your app
- Relevant support communications or technical documentation
Once submitted, our team will evaluate the challenge based on our review guidelines. You will receive updates regarding the challenge through your support ticket. If approved, the review will be removed immediately.
