Learn how to view and manage your app’s ratings, reviews, and customer feedback trends

The Reviews tab in the Developer Center displays your app's ratings and reviews. Here, you can view your app's average rating, explore individual reviews, and analyze user feedback trends.

Marketplace ratings and reviews are key indicators of your app's quality, reliability, and user satisfaction. Analyzing this data helps you:

  • Identify areas for improvement
  • Build trust and credibility
  • Better understand your customers
  • Prioritize fixes or new features based on feedback

Widgets Overview

The Reviews tab is comprised of a handful of widgets to track different metrics:

Rating score

Displays the app’s average star rating over the past 365 days

Based on reviews from paying monday.com customers

Reviews

Chronological list of all user ratings and reviews, including:

  • Review: Optional written feedback from the user
  • Review status: Whether the review is publicly visible or hidden
  • Rating: Star rating (out of 5)
  • Reply: Your optional response
  • Date: Date the original review was posted (edits don’t change the timestamp)
  • Account ID: Account associated with the reviewer
  • Payment status: Indicates whether the account is a paying monday.com customer

Customer reviews appear in the marketplace only once your app has received five or more reviews. In the Developer Center, you can view all submitted ratings and reviews, regardless of whether they’re publicly visible in the marketplace.

Week-by-week trend of the app’s average rating over the past six months

Export the Data

You can export data from most widgets on the Reviews page as a CSV file for further analysis or sharing.

To export:

  1. Navigate to the Reviews tab.
  2. Click the three dots (…) in the top-right corner of the relevant widget.
  3. Select Download CSV.
  4. Open the CSV file from your local device.
