The Reviews tab in the Developer Center contains your app's ratings and reviews. Here, you can view your app's average rating, along with a breakdown of individual ratings and reviews.

Marketplace app ratings and reviews are key indicators of your app's functionality and performance. Analyzing this data helps you:

Identify areas for improvement
Build trust and credibility
Better understand your customers
Prioritize fixes or new features based on feedback

Widgets

The Reviews tab is comprised of a handful of widgets to track different metrics:

Rating score	Average rating over the past 365 days	Based on reviews from paying monday.com customers
Reviews	Lists ALL user ratings and reviews in chronological order.
