The Reviews tab in the Developer Center contains your app's ratings and reviews. Here, you can view your app's average rating, along with a breakdown of individual ratings and reviews.

Marketplace app ratings and reviews are key indicators of your app's functionality and performance. Analyzing this data helps you:

Identify areas for improvement
Build trust and credibility
Better understand your customers
Prioritize fixes or new features based on feedback

Widgets

The Reviews tab is comprised of a handful of widgets to track different metrics:

Widget title	Description	Notes
Rating score	Average rating over the past 365 days	Based on reviews from paying monday.com customers
Reviews	Lists ALL user ratings and reviews in chronological order. The table contains the following columns: - Review: Optional text feedback from the user about your app - Review status: Whether the review is publicly visible or hidden - Rating: Star rating out of 5 - Reply: Your optional reply - Date: The date the original review was posted (edits don't change the timestamp) - Account ID: The ID of the account associated with the reviewer - Payment status: Whether the account is a paying monday.com user	👍 This information is confidential and shared under the Developer Terms!
